Job Title: Junior Account Manager

Job Summary:

Pareto is seeking a talented Junior Account Manager to join our team in a leading financial organisation. As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in handling existing accounts and cross-selling, with some new business development involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Money motivation and a desire to succeed in a sales environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
