Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting MDs and their teams with administrative tasks and projects">
  • Maintaining detailed calendars and prioritizing meeting requests">
  • Providing legal spend management support and proactively managing legal billing for the teams">
  • Booking travel arrangements (cars, international flights, accommodation, and visas)">
  • Expense management, ensuring expenses are processed in a timely fashion">
  • Coordinating internal meetings with senior leaders and high-level stakeholders at the firm">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 3+ years of Admin Assistant experience">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills">
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook">
  • Strong organizational skills, coupled with great attention to detail">
