We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Development Lead to join our national Technology team in the Bristol office. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative technologies to enhance our client experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the provision of legal services at a top 20 law firm and a commercial mindset. You will work closely with our lawyers to deliver innovative solutions for clients and lead and grow the existing team in the Bristol office.

A competitive salary of £120,000 - £180,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving business growth and revenue generation.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement innovative technologies to enhance the client experience
  • Lead and manage a team of lawyers to deliver high-quality legal services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients
