About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager Assistant to join our team at EG Group. As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, train, and engage your team to grow them to become their best selves.
  • Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure your restaurant meets our excellent standards.
