Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at EG Group. As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, train, and engage your team to grow them to become their best selves.
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure your restaurant meets our excellent standards.
- Perform weekly administrative tasks to maintain a functional and well-oiled machine that is your restaurant.
- Run the shop floor to a high standard, delighting our customers and creating a memorable experience that keeps them coming back again and again.
- Manage the restaurant's recruitment process, bringing in the best talent who demonstrate our core values: smart, heart, courage.
- Ad-hoc project work to help identify stretch goals that'll enable you to become your best self.
