Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at EG Group. As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, train, and engage your team to grow them to become their best selves.
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the restaurant meets our excellent standards.
- Perform weekly administrative tasks to maintain a functional and well-oiled machine.
- Run the shop floor to a high standard, delighting customers and creating a memorable experience.
- Manage the recruitment process to bring in the best talent who demonstrate our core values.
- Participate in ad-hoc project work to identify stretch goals and opportunities for growth.
