Regional Sales Director

About the Role:
The Regional Sales Director for EMEA will drive regional revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and optimizing global channels across all brands. This role will lead regional teams and ensure alignment with Music Tribe's business objectives to expand market presence and accelerate growth worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and drive long-term initiatives to enter new markets and expand Music Tribe's footprint.
- Manage and lead regional teams in the EMEA region to ensure seamless execution of global business strategies.
- Oversee and ensure regional channels, including distributors and resellers, are optimized for maximum profitability and market reach.
- Streamline global sales operations to ensure high-quality customer engagement and fulfillment.
- Enforce and maintain strict adherence to Music Tribe's internal policies in all business dealings.
Requirements:
This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing regional sales teams, channel relationships, and business development initiatives. They must be a strategic thinker with excellent operational and team management skills.
Estimated Salary:
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
