Job Description

At Primaire Consulting Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to drive sales growth and expand our customer base within their assigned region. This role requires a combination of leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will lead a small, dynamic sales team, develop and implement effective strategies, and help position our company as the preferred choice for customers. Key responsibilities include proactively expanding the customer base through new business development and working closely with our national sales team to ensure regional objectives align with company goals.

We are offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a benefits package that includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant bachelor's degree or technical qualification, with 2-3 years of experience in sales development and account management;
• Proven success in sales, with strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build relationships at all levels;
• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative team environment;
• Familiarity with market analysis tools and the ability to use them effectively to inform decision-making;
• Willingness to travel as required for the role.
