Assistant Branch Manager (Trade Counter)

Salary: £27,000 - £28,500 DOE + Training + Progression to Regional Sales + No Weekend Work + Benefits

Location: Bristol

Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced and dynamic store environment? We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress to a Regional Sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management and inventory control
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Provide training and development opportunities for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
