Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Independently support the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder's merchant, providing expert assistance to customers with their hire needs.
  • Cultivate opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with the Merchant Branch Manager to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
