As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing construction contractor systems, controls, and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyzing complex construction contracts to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Planning financial audits to understand client objectives and risk areas
  • Performing data analysis using smart techniques and tools to identify trends and patterns
  • Producing findings reports that deliver key insights and recommendations
  • Fostering good quality working relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Data analysis skills, including the ability to review and draw insights from large quantities of data
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and handle variable workloads
  • A sound understanding of construction industry technical matters, including disallowed cost areas and calculation of pain/gain amounts
  • Contract management skills, preferably with experience of NEC3 (Option C, E)
