Lord Search & Selection is an innovative and forward-thinking organisation, committed to transforming how businesses operate. Our client is now looking for an interim ERP Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of a new ERP system from design to delivery across the full product lifecycle.

The Role

As the ERP Delivery Manager, you will project manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the full ERP implementation. Leading a team of ERP specialists, developers and analysts, your role will be to ensure all deliverables and outcomes are met for this critical programme as this business implements a new ERP system. Collaboration with key stakeholders at C-suite level will be key to driving this successful end-to-end ERP implementation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the full ERP implementation
  • Lead a team of ERP specialists, developers and analysts
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders at C-suite level

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years experience in end-to-end ERP implementation across the whole lifecycle, ideally with a focus on finance and procurement. Experience in delivering in Waterfall and Agile/Safe Agile projects using relevant tools. Strong understanding of ERP implementation, customisation, and optimisation. You will have worked on large-scale ERP implementations in a complex environment.
