Counseling and Support Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Deliver crisis counseling, options counseling/case management, and supportive/therapeutic counseling services to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Collaborate with community partners to develop and implement effective support groups and financial empowerment workshops.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize impact.
• Utilize data insights from ETO to inform program development and evaluation efforts.
• Contribute to contract/grant management for counseling-related programs, ensuring compliance and timely submission of reports.
• Maintain accurate statistical records on counseling, LAP, and service recipient data.
• Develop and refine tools used in counseling and related services provision, enhancing their effectiveness and efficiency.
**Ideal Candidate:**
• Master's degree in social work or counseling.
• Proven experience in crisis intervention and domestic violence services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
