Job Description

Purchase Ledger Controller: Ensure seamless administration of purchase ledger and general office functions. Collaborate with colleagues to address supplier inquiries and facilitate efficient document processing.

This key position requires strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills. The successful candidate will possess advanced Excel skills and be proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Word.

Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in Time Management and Prioritisation
  • Ability to self-manage on a day-to-day basis
  • Competent in all Microsoft applications; including Outlook and Word
  • Advanced Excel skills are a necessity
  • High accuracy level
  • Knowledge of Open Accounts is an advantage
