Job Summary:

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Cloud Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our clients' cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact position within our Cloud Transformation capability unit, contributing to strategic proposals, driving client engagement, securing new business opportunities, and mentoring a high-performing team to support consulting practice growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cloud transformation strategies for clients across various industries, including Government, Finance, Retail, and Energy sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based operating models, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on cloud security best practices, compliance requirements, and industry standards to ensure secure and compliant cloud environments.
  • Design and implement platform-based operating models, and develop organization structures that enhance cloud value.
  • Develop and deliver cloud adoption strategies, including the structure and functions within a Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE).
  • Drive Presales and Sales/Business Development efforts, leveraging expertise in cloud transformation and digital architecture.

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible or already possess BPSS Security Clearance.
  • Practical experience with ITILv4 best practices and frameworks, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Desk operations.
  • ITILv4 Foundation or higher-level certification demonstrating formal training and understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in implementing platform-based operating models and designing organization structures that enhance cloud value.
  • Understanding of different elements of a cloud adoption strategy, including the structure and functions within a Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE).
  • Proven track record in Presales and Sales/Business Development.
