Essential consulting skills include a selection of the following:

  • Proven ability to offer well-considered, clearly articulated, and practical solutions to intricate business challenges.
  • Demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks, meet project timelines, and drive outcomes.
  • Skill in conveying complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team management and deliverable oversight.
  • Vendor/product evaluation and selection.
  • Assessment of applications for their technical viability for migration to the Cloud.

We are in search of candidates with expertise and experience in one of the following domains:

Cloud Architecture & Engineering

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and services (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform / OCI).
  • Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Rocket) and their orchestration engines (Kubernetes / OpenShift / Rancher / Swarm).
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code development (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, ARM, GCP CDM).
  • Utilization of Cloud automation tools, including Continuous Integration & Deployment.
  • Understanding of DevOps philosophies and toolchains, such as continuous integration and delivery.
  • Experience in Linux and Windows system implementation and management using automation frameworks like Ansible, Salt Stack, Puppet, PowerShell, etc.
  • Knowledge of application deployment and testing toolchains such as Jenkins, SVN, GitHub.
  • Awareness of security and performance considerations for digital systems, including exposure to security and performance testing processes.
  • Experience assisting clients in defining technical and non-functional requirements.
  • Design and implementation of cloud environments.

Cloud Consulting

  • Guiding clients through the comprehensive journey of cloud infrastructure and engineering, including:
  • Defining and executing a Cloud Strategy and Operating Model that aligns with business, technology, and/or digital strategies.
  • Creating the Business Case for cloud investment.
  • Selecting appropriate products and services for solutions.
  • Leading stand-up meetings.
  • Architecting and delivering on the platform.
  • Understanding leading cloud technologies and their associated challenges.
  • Providing expert insights on how cloud technology influences and enables emerging technology trends.
  • Building relationships and maintaining our status as market leaders with key integration vendors such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Collaborating effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive culture that recognizes individual contributions.

Technical Author

  • Translating architectural information into technical documentation suitable for engineering and development teams to utilize for the development, support, and maintenance of complex networks.
  • Development, publication, and upkeep of technical documentation related to network operations, likely requiring knowledge of git, markup, and similar technologies.
  • Managing a technical decision-making process, maintaining a backlog of decisions, and neutrally framing challenging topics.
  • Organizing key meetings and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
