Trade Sales and Partnerships Executive

Gecko Travel Recruitment is seeking a skilled Trade Sales Account Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new partnerships within the UK travel trade, enhancing sales from existing accounts, and increasing brand awareness among front-line agents.
About the Job
- Experience working in the travel industry, preferably in a tour operator or travel representation company
- Proven success in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners within the travel industry
- Overseeing trade shows and hosting fam trips to increase visitation and sales
- Leveraging commercial partnerships to drive sales growth
- Organising and implementing events and in-market sales missions
- Conducting training sessions to equip staff with necessary skills
