Verisure Careers is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Back Office and DIY team in Newcastle. As a key member of our diverse team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience, troubleshooting technical issues, and monitoring alarm security systems. Your primary duties will include:

* Providing top-notch customer service, resolving technical issues, and assisting with DIY projects
* Monitoring and resolving system malfunctions, ensuring seamless customer experience
* Contacting customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Booking services with field teams as required
* Handling incoming customer queries and providing assistance with battery changes

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading European provider of professionally monitored security systems, protecting over 5.1 million families and small businesses across 17 countries. Our mission is to provide our customers with peace of mind by protecting what matters most to them.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of a dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to develop your skills and progress in your career, with a starting salary of £23,000 increasing to £25,000 with role progression, plus a £1,200 performance-based bonus. You will also enjoy 21 days of holiday (increasing to 23 days after 12 months' service) plus bank holidays.
