Educational Assistant for SEN Pupils

Role Overview:
The SEN Teaching Support Assistant will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one support to students
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Contributing to a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent
Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
