AVP Debt Structuring Role

At Barclays, we are seeking a skilled AVP Debt Structuring professional to join our team. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will be responsible for designing and executing loan transactions for our corporate and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with credit analysts to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and determine risk levels associated with loans.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate the impact of various loan structures on clients' financial statements and cash flows.
  • Monitor the performance of existing loan portfolios and make recommendations for adjustments when needed.
  • Produce high-quality client-facing materials, including thematic and transaction-specific reports.
  • Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies and procedures to support the control and governance agenda.
  • Take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
