About the Role:

We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven individual to fill the position of Global Technical Manager. As a key member of our business team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining technical relationships with key stakeholders, driving product development, and ensuring successful project execution.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining technical relationships with OEMs, ship owners, and industry bodies
  • Coordinating engine testing and ship trial activities to meet OEM specifications or customer requirements
  • Providing technical services to sales and customers, including customer visits, presentations, training, and technical support
  • Representing the company at Industry Groups, Associations, Working Groups, and Forums, gathering insights and advocating for additive/lubricant views

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marine, Automotive, or Engineering or equivalent experience in a related industry sector
  • Industry experience preferably 5+ years within marine, large engine, automotive, specialty chemicals, lubricant, or adjacent industries
  • Strong background in understanding, translating, and communicating complex technical developments across functions; sound problem-solving skills

Compensation Package:

  • Estimated annual salary: $150,000 - $200,000 based on location and experience
  • Performance-based bonus plans
