Job Title: Housing Liaison Specialist

About the Role:
A dynamic and experienced individual is required to manage a patch of around two hundred homes, predominantly new build homes and flats. As a key member of our team, you will ensure properties are well-maintained, raise awareness of customer responsibilities, and provide coaching and guidance to support vulnerable customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Focus: Experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing management, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Performance Target Achievement: Achieve performance targets, maximising customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Tenacious Approach: Demonstrate a tenacious and resilient approach to achieve the right outcome for our customers.
  • Influencing Skills: Cultivate a reputation for influencing, negotiating, and relationship building skills to drive positive outcomes.
  • Ambassador: Serve as a great ambassador for Bromford, promoting our values and services to stakeholders.
  • Travel Requirements: Have access to a vehicle and a full driving licence to undertake site visits.

About You:
You may come from a background of roles such as housing manager, housing officer, neighbourhood manager, or tenancy officer, amongst others. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with your ability to work independently, make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per annum
