Clerical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Patient Data Coordinator to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate patient data on PIMS and medical records, conducting quality audits as requested by the medical team, and ensuring medical notes are available for all patients admitted to the ward.
- You will also be required to renew old medical records folders, amalgamate temporary notes, organize documents in the correct order, and secure new or loose sheets onto clips.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for entering and retrieving data from Trust computer systems to acceptable data quality standards, mailing GP summaries within 24 hours of patient discharge, and booking medical notes to the appropriate department via EPIC.
- Update and maintain accurate patient data on PIMS and medical records
- Conduct quality audits as requested by the medical team
- Ensure medical notes are available for all patients admitted to the ward
