We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the London DE Group, a leading gold and gemstone trading and fine jewellery business. This pivotal role will cover core administrative tasks, planning, bookkeeping, and client-facing duties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience with administrative and clerical work.

  • Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and organize office activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage bookkeeping using Quickbooks, maintaining accurate financial records
  • Oversee facilities management, guaranteeing a professional work environment
  • Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and positive demeanor
  • Provide administration support for new clients, streamlining onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with HR to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative and clerical work, preferably within a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accountancy software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
