Cardiac Services Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Services Manager to join our team at a leading private hospital in Cornwall. As a Cardiac Services Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the Cardiology Service, including managing capacity and demand, ordering stock, and invoicing receipting high-cost consumables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Cardiology Service, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with consultants and clinical team members to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Assist during cardiac procedures and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Requirements:
  • BSE and/or HRUK/IBHRE certification is essential.
  • Valid RCCP/AHCS registration with no restitution or convictions.
  • 5 years of experience as a Senior Cardiac Physiologist.
  • Proven management experience and ability to work under pressure.
