Cardiac Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Services Manager to join our team at a leading private hospital in Cornwall. As a key member of our Cardiology Department, you will be responsible for the daily management of our Cardiac Service, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Cardiology Service, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
- Oversee the management of capacity and demand, ordering stock and invoicing receipting high-cost consumables
- Deal with consultant queries and support the clinical members of the team
- Assist during the full range of cardiac procedures undertaken within the outpatient setting and the angiography suite
- Deliver an outstanding level of care and service to patients and their families
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage the team
- BSE and/or HRUK/IBHRE is a necessity for the role
- Valid RCCP/AHCS with no restitution or convictions
- 5 years experience as a Senior Cardiac Physiologist
- Able to demonstrate previous management experience
