Senior Practitioner in Children's Services

Sanctuary Social Care is seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join our team in Bromley. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and providing services to children and families in need, working within the framework of relevant legislation and departmental procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide services to children and families in need, working within the framework of relevant legislation and departmental procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of professional practice within your own workload and promote and enhance such practice within the team and division.
  • Supervise and support junior staff members, sharing operational management responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work, with current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant senior-level experience in children's services, with a proven track record of analyzing complex situations and managing working time effectively.
