About the Role

Pulse Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join our Children's Referral and Assessment Team in Bromley. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of children and families, providing high-quality social work interventions, and supporting the development of others within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of children and families, providing solution-focused interventions and support.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high-quality outcomes for children and families.
  • Support the development of junior team members, providing guidance and supervision.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance and best practice.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Social Work and be registered with Social Work England.
  • Have completed the ASYE and have experience of supporting/supervising students.
  • Be a solution-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
