We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Court Team, working in partnership with the Bromley Children's Legal Team to ensure that children's cases are well-prepared and timely.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet court timelines for submission of statements, care plans, and parallel planning for children, considering all relevant options to secure permanent care at the earliest opportunity.
- Assess and analyze risks, including good knowledge of child development and attachment theories, and permanency needs of children of all ages.
- Participate in reflective supervision and contribute to the development of the team.
- A competitive salary of up to 52,327.00 per annum.
- A 2000 annual retention payment and 2000 Golden Hello.
