Job Title: Senior Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Children's Social Care team. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present court reports and adoption panel submissions.
  • Work closely with the Legal Team to ensure cases are prepared meticulously and promptly.
  • Undertake assessments, including parenting and together-and-apart assessments.
  • Make informed professional judgments to assess parenting capacities and determine if alternative care plans are required.
  • Manage a caseload of up to 11 children, focusing on delivering the highest standards of practice.
