Gopuff's engineering team is pushing the boundaries of e-commerce innovation, transforming the way people purchase their daily essentials. As an IT Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our platforms, supporting staff across the globe, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.

This role involves providing high-level support and customer service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and escalating incidents that impact our systems. You'll work closely with our IT Support Manager to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support and customer service to staff at Gopuff's UK headquarters and support the Gopuff/BevMo platforms for UK and US operations.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple support requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, working closely with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Identify, triage, and escalate incidents impacting Gopuff & BevMo systems, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect relevant information and/or assist in resolving technical problems.
  • Interact with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot issues and drive resolution.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Discipline and industry certifications such as A+, Network +, Cisco CCNE/CCNA, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • Experience documenting resolutions for entry into the Knowledge Base.
  • Familiarity with Identity Management Concepts (G Suite, Azure Active Directory, Okta).
  • Knowledge of Cloud Environments (Azure, AWS, Meraki) and core networking concepts (TCP/IP, SDWAN, VPN).
  • Experience with Incident Management Platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice) and Software Project Management Platforms (JIRA, Asana).
  • Familiarity with Software Engineering Tools (Github, Postman, Visual Studio Code) and Exposure to Software Engineering Concepts (APIs, Function Apps).
  • Understanding of Endpoint Configuration Management Concepts (Intune, JAMF, KACE).
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills.
