- Strategically acquiring and disposing of prime development sites in London and the South East.
- Delivering expert advice to clients on navigating complex market dynamics.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through exceptional client service.
- A proven track record in development consultancy, bolstered by expertise in report writing and development consultancy experience.
- The ability to work independently and autonomously, while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- A MRICS qualification would be highly advantageous in this role.
We are offering a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus an attractive benefits package.
