Lifeways Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Milburn Court apartments in Ashington. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to live independently.
About the JobYour key responsibilities will include providing person-centred support, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining a safe and clean living environment. You will work closely with a dedicated Manager, who will provide ongoing training and support.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £44 per hour, plus benefits including a fully paid induction and ongoing training. You will also have the opportunity to undertake a qualification in health and social care, funded by Lifeways Group.
