About the Role

We are seeking a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd in Manchester. As a prestigious Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy, we offer a unique opportunity for career advancement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of quantity surveys and cost reports for various projects.
  • Collaborate with senior professionals to develop and implement cost management strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and tenders.
  • Provide support to the project team in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
Requirements
  • RICS-accredited degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 12+ months of experience in Quantity Surveying with a UK Cost Consultancy.
  • Good pre and post-contract knowledge.
  • Valid UK driving license.
