About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Activation Specialist to join our team at CPM United Kingdom Ltd. As an Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our portfolio of brands, including Guinness, Smirnoff, Gordon's, Tanqueray, and Captain Morgan, among others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness of our brands among on-trade venues, including pubs, bars, and restaurants.
  • Train staff on the Diageo brands and ensure they are serving them to the industry standard.
  • Post updates on social media platforms to promote our brands and events.
  • Create bespoke offerings for outlets, such as cocktail menus and promotions.
  • Host and provide training on consumer products and sampling events.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop new menus and suggest innovative ways to serve our brands.
