About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at iO Associates. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Portfolio Management: Oversee a vibrant mix of office, industrial, and retail properties, ensuring each one thrives under your expert management.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Act as the go-to contact for clients, handling everything from property inspections to resolving queries with finesse.
  3. Financial Management: Prepare service charge budgets, reconciliations, and ensure seamless rent and insurance collections.
  4. Compliance and Maintenance: Keep all properties in top shape by managing statutory compliance and coordinating maintenance with our FM support team.
  5. Business Development: Engage in business development, client care, and participate in exciting new ventures to expand our reach.
  6. Commercial Acumen: Bring a commercial mindset, excellent communication, and organisational prowess to the table.
  7. Travel Requirements: Clean driving license is required for nationwide travel.
