Job Summary
We seek a motivated and experienced Concierge professional to lead our concierge team, driving exceptional service delivery and exceeding guest expectations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the concierge team, managing the day-to-day operation of Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge and Housekeeping teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences, working closely with the team to ensure effective execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Head Concierge, Hotel Manager, and other departments, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Represent the Concierge department at Golden Key Meetings, contributing to discussions on enhancing guest experiences.
Compensation and Benefits
£33,534 + Service charge per annum, plus additional benefits including competitive employee rates for COMO Hotels & Resorts worldwide, 3 complimentary nights' stay, employee discounts on Nobu London, career development opportunities, and more.
