Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the development of our Council's EV implementation strategy and manage the EV infrastructure programme. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and delivery of projects to support the strategy.

About You:

We are looking for someone with a passion for sustainability and a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion. You will work collaboratively with Officers, Elected Members, stakeholders, Contractors, and suppliers to ensure the highest standards are achieved in planning and delivery of EV charging infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with stakeholders to develop and implement the EV infrastructure programme
  • Managing projects to support the EV implementation strategy
  • Collaborating with Contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
