Education Support Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is site-based at our NCC England East Campus. The successful candidate will primarily support learners with additional learning needs, working alongside instructors and lecturers to help learners achieve their full potential and overcome barriers to learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience: Supporting learners with additional needs in an education setting.
- Qualifications: English and maths qualifications at level 2 or above, Educated to level 3 or above.
- Skills: Excellent IT skills including Office Word and Excel, Ability to motivate, enthuse and develop positive attitudes in learners.
- Salary: £29,000 - £36,000 per annum.
- Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service to 30 days.
- Flexible Benefits Package: Various options such as buying/selling annual leave days, health care, dental care.
