Advanced Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Community Stroke Services. As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, safe, and evidence-based rehabilitation to stroke survivors, enabling them to regain independence and remain in their own homes.
Main Duties- Provide holistic assessment and specialist physiotherapy intervention to stroke survivors, focusing on goal-oriented rehabilitation.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Associate Practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of stroke rehabilitation programs, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Person Specification- Essential:
- Registered Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
- Professional knowledge and skills acquired through formal training, short courses, and experience to degree level or equivalent.
- Relevant post-qualification training through short courses and/or further study and experience, such as splinting and injections.
- Evidence of ongoing CPD.
- Desirable:
- Registered member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Recognized registered qualification and further courses and experience relevant to the role.
