eSift Ltd is seeking two experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team at our new support facility, Safe Harbour, in Woking. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a non-clinical service to individuals aged 18 and over, supporting them in their mental health journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered interventions to support individuals in managing their mental health
- Work collaboratively with service users to develop and implement support plans tailored to their needs
- Provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their experiences and concerns
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to mental health support
