As a seasoned Workplace Conflict Resolver, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment at Triumph Consultants Limited. With a focus on resolving conflicts and addressing employee relation issues, you will provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees alike.

About the Role:

  • Salary: £20.70 per hour (PAYE basis)
  • Location: London
  • Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday
  • Role Length: 5-6 months
  • Benefits: Basic DBS disclosure, hybrid working, access to occupational health referrals and absence management tools

About You:

  1. You have a minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role within a public sector organisation.
  2. You have a strong background in Employee Relations, with experience advising on ER cases, including probation, disciplinary, capability, resolution, and sickness absence.
  3. You are familiar with employment law and best practice, and can maintain and update information on HR Information Systems.
  4. You possess excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages or equivalent, and can organize occupational health referrals and contribute to absence management.
  5. You have experience organizing and taking minutes at discipline and grievance hearings.
