Key Responsibilities

The Conflict Resolution Director at Clyde & Co will be responsible for managing and resolving complex conflicts, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to prevent conflicts from arising in the first place.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conflict resolution, with experience working in an international law firm. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive action.

This role requires a qualified lawyer with significant experience practicing in an international law firm. A bachelor or Master's degree (or equivalent) is also required. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and embedding policies and procedures for managing conflicts.
  • Devising, leading, and delivering training programs on excellent conflicts management across the firm.
  • Guiding the business with its most complex and challenging conflicts issues.

The estimated salary for this role is £140,000 - £170,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for career development.
