Financial Services Administrator

Job Description:
NJR Recruitment is partnering with a well-established National Firm of Independent Financial Planners to find an experienced Administrator to join their team in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will provide full support to an Adviser in all aspects of client support, including:
- Meeting preparation
- Collating documents and research for report preparation
- Submitting new business on and off platforms
- Income payments and withdrawals
- Preparing files for client visits
- Producing Valuations and Illustrations
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintenance of administration systems
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client data
- Maintenance of diary management system
- Completing daily workflow in line with SLA's
- Scanning and attaching documentation to client records
This role is suitable for someone with experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the Pensions & Investments arena, and ideally with experience using Intelligent Office.
The successful candidate will require excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide a first-class service to clients and consultants.
