- Team Management Experience: Proven successes in managing teams of business developers and mentoring junior team members.
- Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure complex sales deals.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners.
