Padam Mobility, a sister company of Siemens Mobility, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Development to drive business growth in the UK and Northern Europe markets.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned business development professional to join our team and lead the development of our public on-demand transport solutions. As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the public transport and corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and target key markets to expand our client base
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our SaaS offerings
- Pursue partnership opportunities with strategic organizations, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance our market presence
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively offering relevant solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any client concerns or issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to coach, advise, and motivate sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and sharing best practices
- Native-level English language proficiency
- Proven experience in business development roles, preferably in the SaaS/tech industry
- Proven successes in managing teams of Business Developers and mentoring junior team members
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Negotiating and closing complex sales deals is a game to you
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners
