Head of Business Development

Padam Mobility, a sister company of Siemens Mobility, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth in the UK & Northern Europe markets. As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the public transport and corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and target key markets to expand our client base in UK & Northern Europe
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our SaaS offerings
- Pursue partnership opportunities with strategic organizations, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance our market presence
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively offering relevant solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any client concerns or issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to coach, advise, motivate, and develop a high-performance sales force
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and sharing best practices
Requirements:
- Native-level English language proficiency
- Proven experience in business development roles, preferably in the SaaS / tech industry
- Proven successes in managing teams of Business Developers and mentoring junior team members
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Negotiating and closing complex sales deals is a game to you
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners
