- Cost Control: Oversee cost control and reporting to ensure that all costs are accurately recorded and reported.
- Inspections: Carry out regular inspections of properties to ensure that they are being managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Legal Notices: Ensure that all legal notices are served to residents correctly and accurately.
- Empty Property Management: Facilitate the successful implementation of empty property management processes to minimize costs and lost revenue.
- Change of Sharers: Facilitate the successful implementation of change of sharers, rent increases, and renewals.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience of working in property management is essential.
- Admin Skills: Great admin skills are required to manage a portfolio of properties.
- Legislation Knowledge: Understanding of Tenancy, Deposit, and Letting legislation is essential.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are required to liaise with residents and other stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Great negotiation skills are required to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Team Player: A team player who can work on their own initiative is essential.
- Qualifications: ARLA qualified (not essential) and educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C) is required.
- Holiday Entitlement: 25 days' holiday (Plus Bank Holidays) increasing up to 28 days with 3 years of service.
