Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor at the ARC Group, you will be responsible for undertaking all quantity surveying duties on our contracts. This includes directing and controlling financial and legal aspects of construction contracts to ensure profitability.

You will also prepare loss and expense claims, manage subcontractors, and work with the contract team to manage design and procure materials efficiently.

Desirable Experience & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need a high level of commercial awareness, good knowledge of building law and contractual requirements, and strong financial management skills.

A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor is essential.
