Job Title: Sales Executive - Ruckus Networks

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Kestrel Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying key decision-makers, and finding sales opportunities for Ruckus Networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive outbound call activity to existing customers, leads, and prospects
  • Fact finding and establishing key stakeholders and decision-makers within an organization
  • Profiling customer records and updating the CRM to support marketing criteria
  • Data cleansing and accurate data entry to CRM
  • Building credible relationships and establishing trust and rapport
  • Effective presentation of the benefits of Ruckus Networks
  • Identifying new cross/up-sell opportunities to pass to Sales
